Printed and commercial use as well as reproducing of any type is not allowed without written permission granted by JGoodeDesigns.com and JGoode.

Clipart designated images are FREE ONLY IF:

a) For personal use.
b) Copyright remains complete and intact as presented.

2. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by JGoode.

3. Images may not be redistributed in any way for any reason.

4. You may not alter nor modify images in any way. You may not include these image as part of another artwork, collage, or collection.

5. Unless specific permission is granted otherwise, you MUST actively link back to myJDG.com or JGoodedesigns.com.

6. You may only use those images designated with cut-n-paste code. Use of any other JGoode graphics, without prior written permission, for any reason, is a violation of copyright.

7. Ecard Graphics are not permitted for use other than included within the ecard pages on myJGD.com.
